Welcome to Eros Travels Agency! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Identity No.:

We would require any of your ID scan copy, such as Pan Card, Driver License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or any Govt. Issued ID Card.

Helicopter Fares and Cancellations:

Helicopter fares are subject to change. Any changes in the package due to natural calamities or other enforced situations will be paid by the traveling passenger at the time of travel.

If the helicopter flight is cancelled due to bad weather, the next day's accommodation is to be taken care of by the guest directly. Assistance can be provided by our staff at Sonamarg, but transportation would be charged.

If a scheduled flight is cancelled due to bad weather or technical reasons, advance booked passengers will get priority for the next day (as per the airline's rules and regulations).

If the helicopter flight is cancelled due to bad weather or any technical problems, passengers must collect the refund amount directly from the helipad (Neelgarth/Pahalgam) to avoid delays.

Cancellation Policy:

• 80% cancellation of the package cost after the confirmation letter.
• 100% cancellation before one month of the Yatra starting date.
• No amendments in Hotels, Houseboat, Swiss Camps, and Helicopters once the booking is done.
• We do not accept last minute cancelation

Important Notes:

• Accommodation and helicopter fares are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cancellation and other policies are as per the hotel's and helicopter's policies.
• GST 5% will be additional in the invoice.

Important Information:

Carry adequate warm clothing including jacket, sweater, woolen socks, comfortable walking shoes, medicines, raincoat, and torch.

Remarks:

Yatris traveling by helicopter to Panjtarni do not require Yatra Permits but must produce Compulsory Health Certificates (CHC), issued by authorized doctors/institutes, at the time of boarding the helicopter at Neelgrat/Pahalgam.

Children below 13 years, elderly persons above 75 years, and pregnant women more than 6 weeks pregnant are not permitted to undertake the pilgrimage.

Passengers are requested to report at the departure heliport one hour before the scheduled departure time. Those reporting later will be treated as “NO SHOW” passengers, and the operator reserves the right to allot seats to others.

Please note that we do not have any bank accounts outside India. We only have accounts in Indian Overseas Bank, Faridabad. Beware of cyber hackers.
